Paul Griffin is Associate Professor of Information Systems (Practice) at Singapore Management University (SMU), where he teaches IT and FinTech to postgraduate and undergraduate students. He holds a PhD from Imperial College London and has over 15 years of experience leading application development projects in the financial industry across the UK and Asia. Paul’s research focuses on disruptive technologies, particularly quantum computing and blockchain. He advises companies on applying quantum computing in finance and smart contracts applications. He is also active in presenting at events, judging hackathons, and moderating panel discussions on FinTech.
